Dr. Jamie is a graduate of both Kean University and Life University, with a background in exercise science and coaching. She believes chiropractic care, wellness coaching and appropriate nutritional recommendations are the keys to helping patients of all ages. She believes that in order to help patients at the highest level, it requires taking time with each patient to learn about their issues and their story. She utilizes a diversified technique which allows her to address each patient as an individual and believes that every patient is their own person and therefore should be treated as such.

When not in the office, Dr Jamie enjoys spending quality time with her family. She is a mother of four young boys and is passionate about helping other moms raise healthy and happy children through quality nutrition, adequate sleep, healthy daily movement and of course chiropractic care. Dr Jamie herself has been under chiropractic care since she was a child. When asked why she decided to become a chiropractor her answer is always, “It’s just part of who I am and I couldn’t imagine being or doing anything else.” Chiropractic care has been a part of her routine through all stages of her life, ranging from childhood wellness, being a collegiate athlete, pregnancy and postpartum care. She understands the value of chiropractic care not only from her educational experience but also her personal experiences.
